In collaboration with The Davidson Building Group, we designed a first-floor extension for our client. Her main goal was to update her outdated home and create a space that would accommodate her growing family without having to move from her beloved neighborhood of Berwick.

To achieve the desired aesthetic appeal, we decided on a white-on-white exterior for the extension. This color scheme is timeless and adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. Additionally, we incorporated some timber accents, such as a front door and an open pergola over the porch. These elements not only add charm but are sure to captivate the neighbors in the Berwick community.

The client's desire for a complete update was fueled by the need to modernize her dwelling. With a growing family, it was important to create a space that would meet their evolving needs. By extending the first floor, we were able to provide additional living areas and bedrooms, ensuring that everyone in the family had a comfortable and functional space to call their own, while at the sametime ensuring the design seamlessly blended in with the surrounding neighbourhood.
