Our client commissioned us for a knock-down rebuild design within a pre-existing 2-unit complex. The new dwelling was meticulously crafted to harmonize with established developments in Wantirna South that catered to the client's vision and anticipated future market demands.

Every detail, from the color scheme to the pitched roof, was carefully selected to ensure timeless appeal. The end result is a spacious home, offering ample space for our client's growing family to thrive and enjoy many more cherished years in a beloved neighborhood. Hotondo Pakenham successfully completed the construction in April 2024.
